When you report a problem, please include:

  1. The URL you imported (or the file, if you can share it),
  2. The screens and options you used,
  3. A screenshot of the result and of the original page,
  4. The text on the plugin's result screen (frames, layers, warnings).

Before you write

Most questions are answered in the documentation, especially Troubleshooting.

Plans and billing

  • Pro is billed by Figma. Manage or cancel it in your Figma account settings.
  • Team licenses and invoices: email us with your company name and the number of seats.
  • Moving a Team seat: remove the license key from the old account in the plugin's Plan tab, then enter it on the new one.

Data requests

To see, export or delete the data linked to your account, email us from any address and include your plugin account identifier (shown in the Plan tab). See the privacy policy.

Security issues

Report vulnerabilities to [email protected] with the subject “Security”. More in Security & data.
