Terms of service
Last updated:
These terms apply to the HTML to Frames Figma plugin, Chrome extension, capture service and AI (MCP) connection (together, the “Service”), provided by EUREKA! (“we”). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
HTML to Frames converts web pages, files and code you provide into Figma layers. Features and limits depend on your plan, described on the pricing page.
2. Your content and other people's content
- You keep all rights to the content you import and to the Figma files you create.
- Only import pages and files you are allowed to use. Many websites are protected by copyright and trademarks. Importing a page to study, audit, redesign your own or your client's site, or for other lawful purposes is your responsibility; HTML to Frames does not give you rights to third-party content.
- Don't use the Service to import illegal content, to collect personal data from websites, or to impersonate others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape at scale, automate imports beyond normal professional use, or try to bypass plan limits;
- use the Service to reach private networks, internal addresses or cloud metadata endpoints, or to attack other systems;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service, or reverse engineer it to build a competing service.
Requests that look like abuse are blocked automatically and may lead to a temporary or permanent ban of the IP address and account identifier involved.
4. Plans, payment and fair use
- Free is free with monthly limits. Pro is a monthly subscription purchased and billed through Figma; Figma's terms apply to that purchase and cancellation. Team is licensed with a license key for a number of seats.
- “Unlimited” plans are subject to fair use (1,000 imports a month on Pro, 5,000 on Team).
- Launch prices are kept for as long as your subscription remains active. We may change prices for new subscriptions with notice.
5. Availability and accuracy
We aim for accurate conversions and a reliable service, but websites vary enormously. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Imports may differ from the original page, and the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) survive termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, tell you in the plugin.
